PVRC members meet in local Chapters which typically meet monthly. Members have a “home” Chapter but are welcome (and encouraged!) to attend other Chapter’s meetings. Below is a list of our Chapters with their meeting dates, times and locations (many Chapters have Zoom meetings so no travel is needed!
Annapolis (Maryland)
Meets: the 4th Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM. This is an informal gathering and minutes are kept only if there is club business to deal with. We order dinner about 6pm and break up by 8pm.

Central Virginia
Meets: Each Wednesday at about 8AM followed by Zoom at about 10AM. This is an informal gathering. Minutes are kept only if there is club business to deal with.

Colonial Capital (Virginia)

The Downtown DC Lunch Group
Meets: At 12 o’clock noon on the first Wednesday of every month
Location: THE YARD HOUSE, 812 7th Street NW, just two blocks north of the Chinatown arch at the Gallery Place Metro station, on the southwest corner of 7th & I Streets.

Eastern Shore Chapter (MD & DE)
Meets: April, July, October and January on the 2nd Saturday at noon (Delmar Pizza). November & March on the 2nd Saturday at noon (La Delizia). Other times as needed. We order lunch, have a short business meeting and do whatever else those in attendance wish.

Laurel Region (Maryland)
Meets: 7:30 PM on the 3rd Wednesday.
Location: Currently on-line Zoom only. Typical check-ins are from Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland. Occasionally from Maine; North Carolina; West Virginia; Colorado; Washington, D.C.

Maryland Metro
Meets: The second Monday of the month (occasional exceptions will be posted here). Pre-meeting dinners start at 6:00 pm, with any official business at 7 PM.

North Carolina
Meets: 6:00 PM on the first Thursday of each month. (If New Years falls on a Wed or Thur or July 4th falls on a Wed, Thur, Fri or Sat then the meeting will be held the 2nd Thursday of the month. Reminders for a shifted meeting will be published in advance).

Meets: Meetings are held on a non-regular basis and are advertised on Rappahannock Chapter and PVRC reflectors well in advance.

Southwest Virginia
Our Chapter has 22 members located in the New River Valley of Southwest Virginia. Our members live within a 110-mile circle centered on Blacksburg, VA. We are Contesters and DX-ers and enjoy all aspects of Radiosport. We enjoy exchanging experiences and ideas on operating and station building.
Meetings: We meet on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. Additional details of our meetings are posted on the Chapter Calendar and are announced on the PVRC reflector well in advance.

Tidewater (Southeastern Virginia)
No formal PVRC Chapter since early 2023 when a volunteer could not be found to be Chapter Chair. Please select another PVRC Chapter to meet with by Zoom or in person.
Sometimes PVRC members in that area meet in conjunction with the meetings held by the VA DX Century Club.
Virginia Metro
Meets: The 2nd Tuesday of the month. Pre-meeting dinners start at 6:00 pm and meetings start at 7:00 pm.
